1. Program Description
Stonebridge Land Company LLC ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS text messaging program to communicate with property owners and customers who have provided their prior express consent to receive such messages. Messages may include responses to your inquiries, information regarding property purchase offers, transaction updates, appointment confirmations, and related customer care communications.
2. Consent & Opt-In
By providing your phone number and opting in — whether through our website form, by initiating a text message to us, by verbal agreement, or by signing a written form — you consent to receive SMS messages from Stonebridge Land Company LLC at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive periodic messages related to your inquiry or transaction.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your mobile service plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again at any time as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages to you.

7. Privacy & No Sharing of Mobile Information

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside of our control.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile phone number used to enroll in this program.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
